My laptop has both track point and touchpad so I don't actually need more
shortcut for right-click and middle-click...
I currently use two-finger-scroll along with another program to utilize
mouse 4 and 5
Since there's more gestures than buttons, is it possible to have them to do
some more shortcuts? (like Ctrl+tab or Alt+F4)

You could AutoHotkey to change, say, the two+one click to alt f4 or crtl+tab.

Try my personal update of two-finger-scroll, called synGestures:
http://cl.ly/Efnv

It supports reversed scrolling as well as three-finger-gestures and Windows 8
Consumer Preview support. You can swipe to show the charm bar, app bar, switch
between windows just like at a tablet. It's a lot of fun :)
