Web-UI and Reference Code for simple event scripts #13

  1. Demonstrate how scripts can be structured to send data/value after specific events, via a referee.
  2. Create a web-based form so that testnet coins can be used to participate in mini-games (like monty hall or simple chance games).
  3. Show code examples that can be run in a web-based repl
  4. Implement in multiple languages
