multiple t2 devices connecting to PC sometimes will cuase firmware update #427

when I connect my 2nd t2 to PC, sometimes one of them will detected as need to upgrade firmware status (detected firmware version: bootloader) however both of my devices have latest firmware, if I reconnect only one device, then it will show correct firmware version

I'm not sure if that's related to gtuner preference option: automatically connect to first device, or the fact that one of the device was running CV

Also, I have two gtuner iv windows opened when this error happened
