There are no way to configure Google API urls

I want to write tests that works without internet connection. I can mock 
geo-api server (using WireMock, https://github.com/rest-driver/rest-driver or 
something else) but cannot use this mock.

And what to do when google change geo-api ursl? Wait for new version of your 
library or fork it?
