Short Description

This should fix the issue, as "ITEMS_BANNERS" only includes the banner items, whereas the block tag also includes WALL_BANNER items, which do not have an ItemStack form and thus don't render in the Slimefun Guide.

I know that :LUL: I made the issue first without bothering to look into it, then I remembered about that other issue posted on Slimefun that was similar, so I posted it and looked whether the issue was the same. When I realized it's just another Tag mistake, I made the PR. Deal with it >.>
