Hello Gregory,

I fell on your projects after I learned today that Dreamscreen closed down their online store and who knows how long the IOS app will be supported and working.

I am looking for a way to control the device through other means and this project appears like it would do a lot of what the IOS app would do and it also looks like you have other projects that works with the dreamscreen.

I am brand new to the home assistant platform and have a pi 3 running Hass.io

Could you share the proper steps to install your Dreamscreen custom component?

Even if its a bit late, the Readme should provide enough informations. Add the Repo as a submodule or clone it to custom_components/dreamscreen

Restart HA with configuration.yaml adjustments

Now there should be your dream screen at hassio.local/dev-state. You can Change modes and sources at hassio.local/dev-service
