As a User I want to close a random movie vote, present the winner and send the watch link in the chat so that we can see which movie should be watched

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Close the random movie vote, should be removed from the votes list
• [x] Present which movie won
• [x] Send the watch link in the chat
• [x] Ask if the movie should be added as watched directly (via reaction)
