Description

As a User I want to get a paginated watch list so that the watch list can be sent by the bot if it has too many entries

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Page can be switched by reacting to the watch list message (arrow emojis)
[x] Watch list message gets updated according to current page
[x] There should be only 10 entries per page
