Description

As a Admin I want to have addmovie time out after like 15 seconds so that_ the channel does not get blocked from other movies getting added

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Add timeout to add_movie
[x] Automatically remove reaction emojis from message after time out
[x] Movie does not get added after time out
