I want to be able to mention the user with discords mention feature in the watch list or history command
so that I can see the watch list or history of only that user
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Accept the mention in the command structure (mentioning gives the user ID afaik)
[ ] Show only the movies added by this user once a mention is given
