Hello there again, So here is the new system. It is pretty simple to use. It is compatible with events / messages (based on groups ids / everyone - you can choose). I added permission check --> if not set, plugin won't load. All plugins will need to add permissions otherwise they won't load.

Had to make a new commit. I was using break instead of continue on permissions which would cause serious problems. Please do not deny it because i commited once. Thanks!
