This rewrite of the config handling system enables additional settings, including fixes #11 , and Journey Mode settings. There now are environment variables which control all of the Terraria Server configuration settings, and thus, the use of a custom config file has been deprecated.
Additionally, this update attempts to fix #10, which I believe occurred with line endings being CRLF, not LF. From my testing, this does not happen anymore.
