I'm not sure if this is an upstream issue or not (or my issue for that matter), but the server runs as v2024.02.3.0 no matter what. Poking around, I noticed this is being set in the Dockerfile, and even after trying several different versions I cannot get it to anything but v2024.02.3.0. I have also verified that it is downloading the right link from upstream, so I'm really not sure what's going on. Also, as you are obviously aware, there is a GitHub action which automatically update the Dockerfile to grab the latest version. However, looking through the commit history, there are several times the version was set to v2024.02.3.0, even though it wasn't the current version at the time. Of course that seems odd to me, so I thought I would point it out. My apologies if I'm missing something stupid.
