[BUG] - Some plots in Atlas don't show up correctly

Describe the bug There are some issues with plot visualization in Atlas, ("Waves" and "Experimental points C/E" benchmarks, ITER 1D):

1. The Atlas produced by ShieldingOutput class doesn't have headings for navigation
2. Legends overlap and cover data in some plots
3. colors of ratio plots of integral quantities in ITER 1d should agree with the colors in the spectra

To Reproduce Do a post-processing of Experimental benchmarks with MultiplespectrumOutput or ShieldingOutput classes, ITER 1D post-processing.

Expected behavior No legends overlapping and heading in Atlas
