Release v0.18.20

Small hotfix for previous release.

@pygy here is a good example of https://github.com/JAForbes/pr-release/issues/350. This PR never made it to the changelog, but the release went through. Just required removing the changelog markers from the PR description above.

Thanks again for the fix, such an improvement.
