We're worried about Team Pokemon. Your team is only having its first meeting tomorrow, so you're getting a seriously late start. And you're only now beginning to set up files here in the project repo. There are some website files in place, but we don't have a file directory structure for preparing XML files, and there's no schema yet--which is what you wanted to have in place for Project Checkpoint 2 (by last Wednesday 2/6). You need to get to work on these activities as you're working to meet Project Checkpoint 3 for this Friday.
