Add message when display is in portrait #138

This application do not properly work on portrait.

Show a message when the device isn't on landscape.

Use the overlay UI component

Fonctionnalité

L'application est développée pour un usage en mode paysage. Il faut donc pouvoir reteindre l'utilisation en mode portrait et afficher un message pour lui indiquer une utilisation en paysage.

Traductions

FR: Basculer le périphérique en paysage
EN: Switch the device to landscape

Développement

Utiliser le composant src/jagfx/application/components/shared/ui/Overlay.vue
Utiliser les traductions et compléter les fichiers de traduction associés src/jagfx/core/application/translator/translations
Utiliser la librairie VueUse pour la détection de l'orientation du périphérique

Critère de validations

Je peux utiliser l'application sans message et sans aucune restriction si le périphérique est en paysage
J'ai un message qui s'affiche m'invitant à basculer en paysage si le périphérique est en portrait
Avec un périphérique en portrait, je ne peux faire aucune action tant que celui-ci n'est pas en paysage
