Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
I grabbed the crash log and the console output. I just loaded a bunch of files
over FTP.

100% repro.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tap "Select Story"
2. Tap "Edit"
3. Tap the (-) button and then "Delete" on any Story file
4. App crashes to the springboard.

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
Expected: story file should be deleted. Instead: Application crashes

What device model are you using (iPhone 3GS, iPad, iPod Touch 3rd gen,
etc.)
iPad 3

What version of iOS? 3.2, 4.0, 4.3, etc.)

I cannot reproduce this on my iPad 3 running 5.1, but thanks for attaching the
crash dump.
Hopefully that'll allow me to figure it out without being able to reproduce it
directly.

And that was from a completely vanilla install (no added games via FTP),
compiled at r253.

Interesting. Not sure why I can't reproduce it, but the "0 inserted, 0
deleted" might provide a clue.
What story did you try deleting on the vanilla install?

So it looks like this only happens when you have no stories in your "Recently
played" list, so, a completely fresh install and the first thing you do is
delete stories without playing any.
