Sorry Bob, also added the group request index, urls, and the index view to this PR. Can you review and I'll fix the decorator once you fill me in.

Nvm sorry, was reviewing individual commits, I see you finished it in the next commit. It do want to make a point about commits, I would make sure commit "pass" in the sense that I would not commit incomplete code. I mean, it might not work 100% yet, that is fine in the prototyping phase, but I would not leave code constructs unfinished between commits.
