Builds with latest JRE #46

Keep current Windows build for x86 (Win7 WinXP) but add new one x64 with jpackage for all platforms (including Linux) .

@o-murphy Maybe you can try implementing this at the new dev repo? It would also potentially fix #45 (it's unlikely that we need jar changes)
