Scripts Dummy Data

Create scripts to enter dummy data into database to test with eg.

• User details (at least 5)
• Institutions (at least 3)
• Topics (at least 2) //Also need a topic table
• Posts (at least 4 posts per topic made by users) // referencing users by ID
