FEATURE: Entelect floating button on all sites #14

Add a floating (fab-style) button on all sites that will give you quick access to some features, notifications etc.

Might need to take a look at a fixed Entelect-branded footer at the bottom of the page instead of having to deal with an intrusive floating button.
