Generic interface for connecting to WFS(T) services. If it is a editable service, this client should allow editing (probably through leaflet-draw) and submitting changes

As of 8cdd7af, we can now connect to and display available features in a WFS service, but these cannot yet be displayed as a map layer. PRobably easiest to use the Leaflet.WFST plugin in some form here: https://github.com/Flexberry/Leaflet-WFST
