Zil Padon has many People unable to talk to. Not a mandatory fix but annoying.

Appears to be Located inside TEXT/A000.SCN I could just use the unmodified file probably but that would remove a bunch of detail from redux as the villagers talk about the desert lords and how dangerous they are.

For some reason a characters pronoun was changed from He to She which broke the file. Reverting that seems to fix the issue. Will get a release soon.
