bulk upload of genbank parts #58

Hi,

When I try and use the bulk uploader it says 'problem submitting upload' but all the parts move to draft folder. Even though they look fine in the drafts folder i cant move them into any other folder.

I also can't upload manually using the bulk uploader and attaching all the file individually to the sheet. In this case the parts aslo move to drafts and look fine.

I am using version 5.3.1 and running from source using maven.

Any ideas what is going on?

You have to use the csv template, put it into a folder, in the genbank field, fill the name/relative path of the genbank file, and put the genbank files in the folder. Then zip the folder and upload the zipped file, it will work.

As for the draft, it is normal, you have to approve them. You can do it in a single "approve whole upload" fashion, click on the left and you will get a grid to be able to do so.
