Salamanca task description

We did an initial brainstorming session in Limassol. The result you see above.

Ideally, someone who was present in that session should guide the process. The overarching question is: What are 'good' tools for opinion mining.

We want to define what we mean by 'good' with a checklist that we can then later go through. A few tools have already emerged. Maybe you can use them as initial examples and go through the process of evaluating them as a test run for the evaluation scheme. Note that we identified almost no complete opinion measurment tools, but rather tools to measure either the target or the evaluation part of human opinions. So it might make sense to treat them somehow differently?
