update namespace and remove python2 specific code #55

Move namespace from T0 to T2 to avoid collision with other library using same error code.
Remove python 2 specific code paths, error messages and six usage.

I cannot get Travis CI up and running yet....so local testing will have to do until I can fix this.

I noticed that 5.0.0 was pushed to master and is available on pypi, but there is no release created at Github. I just wanted to let you know that.
