Get ADC running and check we can see the signal from the R820

[x] singled ended
[x] calibration
[ ] differential input
[ ] interleaving
[ ] oversampling
[ ] samplesize Currently using 8 bit sample width stored in 16bit words. Can we pack into 8 bit storage?
[ ] samplerate
[ ] buffersize
[x] number of buffers Looks like two buffers using the ADC half complete/complete interrupts will be fine
