Need to decide on a display type/size/resolution and a suitable library to drive it.

For initial experiments, I have a small IPS display, 240x240 with ST7789. Try https://github.com/deividAlfa/ST7789-STM32-uGUI

Ordered for experimentation: 3.5" IPS, 320x480 using ST7796U, with touchscreen 2.9" eInk, WeAct 296x128 1.54" eInk, WeAct 200x200
