Starting a new game while in a MP server with a player talking causes "unconnected" user message #11

Describe the bug Upon disconnecting from a multiplayer server while a player is speaking and starting a new game, there will be an "unconnected" user constantly showing up as using the voice chat.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join any multiplayer server with active players
  2. Wait for a player to start using voice chat
  3. Disconnect and start a new game while the player is speaking
  4. See bug

Expected behavior The player should be able to start a new game straight after disconnecting from a multiplayer session without seeing the "invisible" player.

I can't reproduce this when I micspam with another client but I added code that should clear the list in the next release.
