Describe the bug If you supply absurdly high values to ent_create_cannister and activate them, the server crashes.

To Reproduce

Enter the following commands into the console, the server crashes as soon as you send the "cannisters_activate" command.
```
ent_create_cannister 99e99 99e99
cannisters_activate
```

Expected behavior The values should be sanitized and clamped to sane ranges.
