Dying while holding the Gravity Gun causes all weapons to have its glow effect #22

Describe the bug If the player dies while holding the Gravity Gun (in both SP and MP) when the player respawns, all their weapons will have the gravitygun's glow effect, until they switch back to the gravgun.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a new game
  2. Give yourself the gravity gun
  3. Die
  4. See the bug

Expected behavior When the player respawns, all weapons should look as they are supposed to.

I can't replicate the issue. The code should already be removing effects when the weapon is removed (like when you die).

If there's a better way to replicate please re-open.
