Condump #27

Describe the bug Condump doesn't work

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open console
  2. condump
  3. file doesn't appear

Expected behavior A file with everything from console

Screenshots I don't think they are required.

This is intended. It was being exploited by servers to write arbitrary files on clients.

This may be re-evaluated in the future since clientexec is disabled by default now but I wouldn't consider this safe until we have access to a non-ancient version of Source.
