Some weapons are incorrectly positioned in thirdperson

Describe the bug Some weapons such as the physics gun, gravity gun, revolver, crossbow and grenade aren't positioned properly in thirdperson. Instead of attaching to your playermodels hands they instead display at their torso and look weird.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a server
2. Type sv_cheats 1 in the console
3. Type impulse 101
4. Type thirdperson
5. Equip the physgun, gravgun, revolver, crossbow and grenade
6. See that they are positioned at your playermodels torso instead of attached to their hands

Expected behavior The weapon models should be attached to your playermodels hands just like the other weapons that show properly

there is a fix for this on the workshop - maybe it could be included in an update ?
