Some of Garry's mod scripts and configuration files are posted on GitHub (https://github.com/Facepunch/garrysmod). I would recommend you to do the same, as it will help the game develop faster. But keep in mind that you cannot upload binary files such as hl2.exe and others since it violates copyright You can upload only some configuration files
