Describe the bug

If you slowly drive into an NPC with a jeep/jalopy the server crashes
I couldn't replicate this with airboats, but they might just be too weak?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Spawn an NPC and a Jeep/Jalopy
Slowly drive up to the NPC repeatedly until the server crashes

Expected behavior

The NPC should just get pushed out of the way or die
