The Combine on level d2_coast_12 can't fire from gun emplacements #70

Describe the bug The Combine on level d2_coast_12 can't fire from gun emplacements and possibly in other levels. It appears they mount the weapon and fire, but no rounds are discharged.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'create server' in-game and select level 'd2_coast_12'.
  2. Play the level and go towards a Combine Bunker / Gun emplacement.
  3. You'll see the Combine are unable to fire from gun emplacements and lay waste towards Dr. Freeman / The Player.

Expected behavior It appears the Combine can mount the weapon and fire, but no rounds are discharged.
