When the last player on the server disconnects from my server, all of the bots are kicked. This is an issue because the bots are something I want to show up in the server listing.

A cvar that allows disabling the hibernation functionality, in a similar regard to other source games. Of course this would default to 1.

Not sure if this is an "alternative", however I'm currently working around this limitation with a SourceTV bot on my server with a maximum clients of 0. This unfortunately has the side-effect of showing up in the "Spectate" tab, which may mislead players into connecting to a SourceTV server that doesn't allow players.
