Character freeze on new game #8

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On starting a new game, by default, your character is frozen for a few seconds

Describe alternatives you've considered developer 1 but this enables other misc things

also ban totalitarian mod from your discord, literally 1984

This won't be removed completely. SP needs it to equip you since it just sticks a whole bunch of weapons on your spawn point.

The next release will disable it for non-campaign maps and a script binding has been added to scripting beta for it.
