Thirdperson animations are stuttery and jittery client side #9

Describe the bug When you go into thirdperson, for some reason your playermodel's client side animations are very choppy and buggy and attack animations jitter a lot

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new server
  2. Type sv_cheats 1 in the console
  3. Type thirdperson in the console
  4. Move around and attack and see that your playermodel's animations are choppy and jittery

Expected behavior The player should instead animate smoothly just like in TF2 and some other source games

Additional context This seems to also be an issue in HL2DM and I think Source 2013 broke it since it never happened in previous versions of it
