The rating is broken on ragdolls #97

so when you try to rotate a ragdoll like a kliner or headcrab ragdoll it will rotate somewhere and lock that position

ALSO i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game to see if that will fix it it did not

Can confirm, it's broken still.
