Migrate requests to the Gerrit API to use urswolfer's Gerrit rest API library This adds support for basic and LDAP authentication methods Update Volley library

Cannot release this until the Gerrit rest api library android fork is released. See the android support section here: https://github.com/uwolfer/gerrit-rest-java-client.

Jon: I'll send you a jar of the library so you can test it if you don't have Maven installed on your local machine.
