Change List UI Updates

Switch to full-width rows instead of cards for the change list. This also disables the fast scrollbar. While this was good to quickly scroll through the list, opening the overflow menu was difficult.
Cache images in the diff viewer (refs #48)
Cache profile images in the change list
Fix sticky list headers not working correctly

@JBirdVegas Have a look at my last commit here. Finally fixed the headers issue.
