New Preset Dashboard - Energy Saver Dashboard - UNIVERSAL needs to be called with params coming in from request.

Christi has a dashboard (Plasmagard Pilot Testing) that reflects what her Universal Dashboard will look like when the dynamic value sent is selects display group 16.
