Goal is to test and merge the branch called dry-run-refactor off [gg:prlx]/src/*

[gg:prlx] - Has two branches ready to test dry-run-refactor - dry_run code refactored

main. -- minimal changes to remove database commits and only output DML sql for comparing to new version
