Test should be defined as "Passing" iff op_author function correctly identifies the known author for sub-documents of Barr v. American Assn. of Political Consultants https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/19pdf/19-631_2d93.pdf

Consider adding more sample documents

Original failing unit test was deleted due to design changes. Rewrite unit test to apply to identification of author after pages have been correctly grouped and merged.
