opinion_author will receive the output of pdftools::pdf_text() and identify the author of each page, where valid author names are:

Per Curiam
Syllabus
Surname of any Supreme Court Justice

Address this issue by constructing a master list of acceptable string values for Author, including all historical Supreme Court Justices as well as Per Curiam and Syllabus pages.
