Description

One month of RO data available from EUM, which uses the latest BUFR template with additional subSatelliteID information for specific missions. This requires update of BUFR template and converter update.

Requirements

Associate convert update: #1430

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)

Converted data can be used by UFO

Used the new convert and found some issues. Resulted comments have been added to the associate PR #1430. Using the revised converter, one month of data were converted and ingested into UFO successfully.
