This PR removes channel 2 from TMS check.

yes would like this to be changed to an or for channel pairs (V,H) as well as checking for each of the band pairs and maybe checking each of them only using valid ones to determine good

I agree... we are dropping all of them this way. This was tentative to stop breaking the nightly runs of the ingest CI, which has been happening since Sep 13th.
