SPRINT: update ufo-data for airs-qc-filter test #259

Description

Moved some variables needed in the ctest to MetaData instead of using VarMetaData.

This is required by UFO#2478

Would you mind deleting this PR and removing your feature branch for this file? I did a massive update to all ufo-data files that needed to be cleaned up and it took hours and hours and I would hate to see this PR merged on top of mine since I think I solved the problem in mine (and probably eliminated other deprecated vars as well). Sorry for the duplicate effort but 107 files needed updating in total (there is likely more files I did not modify).

OK. I'll withdraw this one and add dependency of my corresponding issue to your ufo-data updates
